Article Student Living is excited to invite you to our 2025 internship program! Our Training and Support team is looking for a summer intern to support several projects directly supporting the Property Management team. You will work with our teams to ensure properties are well-equipped with resources and help in the execution of current and new procedures.
This 10-week internship program will run from June 2nd to August 8th, 2025.
There will be events planned throughout the program, such as lunch and learns, systems training, and an end-of-the-internship project presentation. There's a lot to learn and fun to be had. We can't wait to begin.
You will report to the Director of Training & Support.
When not traveling, you will work on-site at our Fulton Market office 4-5 days a week.
You will travel up to 50% of the time.
Your compensation will be $18.00 per hour
Your Mission:
Audit resources to ensure the accuracy of information
Ensure properties have resources and systems ready for move-in
Work with the team to create content
Monitor the Entrata dashboard and address overdue items
Help with our Phone Shop Improvement Plans and any updates to our processes
Your Track Record:
1 years' experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service
Excellent implementation abilities
Experience managing internal and external relationships
Experience working with Entrata
