And as the Warehouse Quality Specialist, you'll be responsible for in-field assessment of quality issues across our network of warehouses across the US and Canada. You will partner closely with our warehouse, logistics, and vendor quality teams, and help drive process improvements.

In this newly created role, you will work with cross-functional teams to maintain our high levels of product quality. Ensuring our product quality that is delivered to our customers is of key importance, to ensure this happens, you will conduct inspections and audits, and do root cause analysis.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough inspections of furniture items to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform tests on products to verify durability, functionality, and safety.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformities in products.
- Participate in regular quality audits and reviews to maintain and improve product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects, and corrective actions taken.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Use inspection tools and measuring equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on quality control processes and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify defects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet) for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and measuring equipment.
- Able to lift/maneuver up to 75 lbs. of merchandise by yourself.
- Able to lift/maneuver heavy items (±300 lbs.) with a team member (team lift) and/or proper lifting equipmentility.
- Ability to conduct inspections, basic tests, and assembly checks on products.
- Article participates in E-Verify.
- Completion of criminal background check.
