We offer a line of premium outdoor furniture that combines contemporary and traditional stylings for design-forward customers.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Artifex Designs. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will focus on delivering a positive customer experience on-site at our location in New Holland, PA.
Work Week: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Additional overtime may be required.

Education and Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Building experience is a plus
- 1-2 years of sales support/customer service experience
- Microsoft Office, Typing, Computer Skills experience.
Preferred:
- 3 years in a customer service or inside sales role
- Familiarity with building products or the fencing industry
- Experience working within a cross-functional team.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
