Compensation and Benefits Manager
Seeking an individual experienced with managing Compensation and Benefits for our growing team! In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing; employee benefits; and compensation administration. This position requires a Servant Leader mentality; in-depth knowledge of multi-state laws and regulations; as well as proficiency in ADP software.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all employee benefits programs, including renewals, open enrollment and compliance with regulations.
- Lead staff, assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations; and submit required tax filings and reports.
- Continuously improve payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage compensation administration, including salary structures and incentive programs.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to payroll and benefits.
- Oversee Corporate Wellness Program
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 900 employees in multiple states with multiple pay requirements.
