Job Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring the proper setup, cleanliness, and operational coordination of designated event services equipment, function rooms, and related areas. The individual will work closely with Event Services management to ensure that all event setups meet the established standards to promote a positive overall patron experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up conference equipment in accordance with event orders and Event Services management standards.
- Perform daily cleaning of function rooms, including trash removal and restocking of supplies.
- Refresh meeting rooms during breaks.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by department management.
- Move event materials to and from various areas as needed.
- Reset tables as required.
- Address guest issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Maintain positive relationships with all staff members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any safety issues or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate effectively with all Artis—Naples team members.
- Promote exemplary customer service to all appropriate staff and volunteers
- Help prepare and maintain all event rentals to receive visitors, with focus on seating, accessibility, safety and aesthetic.
- Assist the Event Manager and the Director of Event and Hospitality Services with communicating event operations information to all necessary staff.
- Coordinate with supporting departments for various event requirements.

Education
- High school diploma or GED.
Experience
- One year of experience working in the hospitality or events industry preferred.
