Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Packaging Associate to join Artisan Colour, a cutting-edge commercial printing and digital marketing company based in Scottsdale, AZ. In this entry-level role, you’ll create custom packaging solutions for stunning fine art and graphic displays. This is just the foundation – this role opens doors to explore various departments within our innovative company, from large-format printing to finishing operations to digital marketing. You'll have the opportunity to cross-train and contribute to major projects, get hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technology, and receive mentorship from experts eager to help grow your skill set and shape your career path.

What You'll Do

• Become a Packaging Pro: Create custom packaging and shipping boxes that protect valuable artwork and signage.

• Quality Control Champion: Ensure each product is flawless before it leaves our facility.

• Logistics Whiz: Master the art of organizing and tracking shipments.

• Learn New Skills: Gain experience with various finishing operations and assembly processes.

• Work with Experts: Report to Shipping Lead, Director of Large Format, and VP of Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Skills: Experience with spreadsheets, basic math skills, and reading a tape measure/ruler are required. We’ll teach you the rest.

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Artisan Colour is known for our commitment to quality and excellence, so meticulous attention to detail is critical in this role.

• Dependable & Adaptable: Be ready to contribute your talents during busy periods with occasional overtime and weekend availability.

• Workplace MVP: Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Physically Capable: Able to lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the day.

• Eager to Learn: High school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn how to use cutting tools and packaging equipment.

• Monday to Friday

• Overtime As Needed

• Weekend Availability
