At Artisan Creative, we're dedicated to cultivating exceptional talent to drive our clients' digital, creative, and marketing initiatives. We are currently seeking a Freelance Lifecycle Marketing Lead with expertise in B2B marketing, customer acquisition, and the financial services industry—particularly broker-dealers and financial advisors. This is a 5-month freelance role based in New York, NY , with a hybrid schedule of three days per week on-site . As this is a hybrid position, we are only considering New York-based candidates . About You :

  • A strategic and data-driven marketing professional with expertise in B2B marketing, customer acquisition, and audience engagement .
  • Possess a deep understanding of financial services, particularly within broker-dealer and financial advisory sectors .
  • Experienced in leading marketing strategies that align with business objectives, driving both brand awareness and conversion.
  • Adept at managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, paid media, and content marketing .
  • Skilled in analyzing marketing performance data and leveraging insights to refine strategies for better engagement and ROI.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting marketing strategies to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing research to identify audience insights and shape marketing initiatives.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing briefs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with the paid media team to drive awareness and deploy effective product-related campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing assets, ensuring content is aligned with business goals and audience needs.
  • Evaluate and track campaign performance, using data analytics to optimize strategies in real time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities.
  • Stay up to date with marketing technologies and digital channels , leveraging them to enhance campaign performance.
  • Requirments :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • 7 years of marketing experience , with a strong background in B2B marketing and customer acquisition .
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services, particularly broker-dealers, financial advisors, and wealth management .
  • Proven ability to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Tableau (hands-on use not required).
  • Experience working in an agile environment , adapting strategies to maximize audience engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present marketing insights effectively.
