This is a full-time position located on-site in Yakima, Washington. Starting wage is $26.00 and DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing, planning, and executing projects under the direction of the Project Managers.
- Assist with monitoring and tracking changes to projects.
- Assist with project scheduling.
- Assist with project budgeting.
- Communicate daily with Project Managers to provide a seamless flow of information to meet project goals.
- Assist with reviewing and tracking request for information (RFI) and product submittal documentation.
- Assist with project take offs and executing the ordering of materials.
- Assist managing and scheduling subcontractors.
- Occasional travel to projects will be required.
Required Skillset:
- Knowledge/Experience of SketchUp or Revit is a requirement.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD is a plus.
- Ability to read plans and estimate materials.
- Organized and high attention to detail.
- Possess great communication skills.
- Ability to work alone or in a group setting.
