As a Residential Construction Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping them turn their visions into reality. Your role will involve guiding clients through the sales process, preparing project proposals, and ensuring seamless project execution. If you have a background in residential construction and a passion for sales, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a thriving, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients.
- Educate homeowners on design options and construction processes.
- Develop and present project proposals to secure contracts.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility and efficiency.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients throughout the sales and construction process.
- Ensure all sales proposals meet or exceed 39% gross profit margins.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales updates to leadership.
- Attend project kickoff meetings to align expectations between clients and the production team.
- Proven experience in residential construction sales, home remodeling, or outdoor living projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret project scopes, and coordinate effectively with project managers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in CRM and estimating software (experience with LMN and QuickBooks is a plus!).
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for company vehicle use).
- Full Time Position
- Competitive salary at $65,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience
- Additional performance-based bonuses.
