We are a Construction Staffing Company with 21 years' experience in the industry and we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Construction Staffing Sales Representative for our location in Indianapolis, IN. What you will be doing:
- You will drive sales by identifying potential clients qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Effectively sell our workforce and staffing solutions by identifying prospects in need of skilled tradespeople for the MEP trades.
- Build strong relationships with decision makers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person meetings.
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working for a construction staffing agency in a business development capacity or worked on a dual desk selling & recruiting.
