Our home interiors client is seeking a 2D Visual Design Project Manager to join its innovative Creative Services team. In this role, you'll oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, sell sheets, and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with the brand's strategies and goals. This is a six-month contract role (with potential for long-term engagement) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your leadership and problem-solving skills will make an immediate impact.You Will : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within allocated budgets.Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams, marketing, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication.Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews to align stakeholders on goals and progress.Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as brochures, emails, and digital collateral, ensuring quality and consistency.Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and roadblocks.Manage project documentation, including briefs, statements of work, and project reports.Collaborate with Resource Managers to ensure adequate staffing and efficient resource allocation.Provide regular updates on project status to Program Managers, Creative Leaders, and other stakeholders.Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.You Have : A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.0 required).7 years of professional experience as a project manager in a creative, agency, or corporate environment.Expertise in developing marketing and communications materials, including brochures, digital content, trade show collateral, and social media assets.A solid understanding of design and production processes.Proven ability to manage agency or vendor relationships effectively.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects (20 active at a time) in a fast-paced setting.Experience working in environments requiring occasional overtime to meet deadlines.Logistics : Projected Start Date : ASAPDuration : 6 monthsHours / Week : 40hrs per weekOnsite / offsite : (if onsite, please list city name again here) 3 days onsite in Coopersburg, PA OR Conshohocken, PA officeSalary / Rate $50 / hr
