Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Duties
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all customer interactions.
- Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when applicable.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
