Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. Your primary role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.


• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.


• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system.


• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.


• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.


• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer the best solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.


• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.


• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone presence.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.


• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
