Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing a variety of inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Perform outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
- Assist customers with account management tasks such as resets, updates, or changes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts gracefully.
