Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Process transactions, including cash handling, accurately and securely.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
