Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, showcasing professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide personal assistant support to management as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area that reflects a professional image.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
