Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will, among other duties as assigned, answer, screen and direct incoming calls; greet, direct and assist clients and visitors; manage and maintain conference rooms and conference room calendars; sort and distribute incoming mail; order and stock supplies; and make daily court and bank runs. Additional duties include organizing and maintaining documents and case files, make photocopies, draft and type office memos, mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses and court officials. Excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, participation in ongoing learning and development and demonstration of initiative are essential in this role. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one - five years related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour
