We're Hiring Experienced Flooring Installers!

Multiple Positions Available:

- Tile Installation

- Hardwood & Laminate Flooring

- LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) Installation

- Sanding & Refinishing

Pay: $18 - $85 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with weekends as needed

- Hourly Installers & Subcontractors

Job Summary

Artistic Flooring is seeking skilled, detail-oriented Flooring Installers to join our growing team. We are looking for professionals with expertise in installing various flooring materials in both residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities:

- Accurately measure and prepare surfaces for flooring installation.

- Install flooring materials such as tile, hardwood, laminate, and LVP with precision.

- Perform sanding and refinishing work to restore floors to their original beauty.

- Assist with water damage restoration and other flooring-related repairs.

- Build subfloors and make necessary adjustments during installations.

- Apply caulking and buffing techniques to ensure a polished finish.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role.

- Expertise in tile, hardwood, laminate, and sanding/refinishing.

- Strong carpentry skills and the ability to read blueprints and estimates.

- Familiarity with water damage restoration is a plus.

- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

- Valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
