Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage a Team: Oversee and mentor a team of Flooring District Service Managers to ensure optimal performance across all installer teams and achieve top-tier service levels.
- Drive Performance Excellence: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by reducing installation errors and fostering consistent high performance from all installers.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Take proactive steps to reduce escalations related to installation issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is always prioritized.
- Instill High-Quality Service: Ensure our installers provide unparalleled service that aligns with our company’s high standards and client expectations.
- Leadership & Development: Provide regular training, guidance, and performance feedback to installers and District Service Managers, empowering them to exceed customer expectations and deliver quality work.
- Resource Allocation & Scheduling: Optimize installer schedules, labor quotas, and task distribution to balance workloads efficiently and effectively manage fluctuations in demand.
- Quality Control & Site Visits: Perform on-site quality control checks, offering real-time coaching and feedback during installations to ensure consistent excellence across projects.
- Capacity Management & Scalability: Strategically monitor and adjust installer capacity to ensure we meet fluctuating customer demand, especially during peak periods or seasonal influxes.
Qualifications:
- Industry Expertise: 5 years of flooring installation experience with comprehensive product knowledge.
- Leadership Experience: 5 years of management experience, particularly in service-related roles, with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Customer-Centric Focus: 5 years of customer service experience, with the ability to handle customer concerns and escalations efficiently.
- Technologically Adept: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with team members, customers, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Ability to quickly identify issues, implement solutions, and drive results that improve both team performance and customer satisfaction.
