Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off (8-hour shifts)
• Base Rate: $35/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: None
• Overtime:
• Starts after 40 hours per week
• Overtime Rate: $38.50/hour ($35 base $3.50)
• On-Call:
• $3/hour (pager duty)
• Call Back:
• Minimum of 2 hours
• Call Back Rate: $43.75/hour ($35 base x 1.25)
• Holiday Rate:
• $70/hour ($35 base x 2)
  

Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our long-term care facility, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and nursing staff. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication administration support, patient transportation, safety checks, and fostering a safe, supportive environment for residents. You will also help enhance resident outcomes through social-emotional support.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) EMR preferred
  
  

Education & Training

• High school diploma or GED required
  
  

Licenses & Certifications

• Active Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Nurse Delegation Certification for Nursing Assistants
• WA DSHS Specialty Training certifications in Dementia, Mental Health, and Developmental Disabilities (or must complete within 120 days of hire)
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Completion of WA State name/date of birth and national fingerprint criminal background checks upon start date
• N95 mask fitting with approved masks
• TB testing as outlined in WAC 388-78A regulations
