Senior Project Manager Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) project. This initiative focuses on developing requirements and strategies to acquire and implement a comprehensive organization-wide EAM solution. The solution will support full asset lifecycle management, aligning with policies and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and strategic focus. This effort is part of the broader Business Process Systems Integration (BPSI) program and will integrate with other systems and processes within the program.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead planning, execution, and tracking of all project deliverables.
- Collaborate with program managers and project sponsors to develop and oversee the project budget.
- Coordinate the efforts of internal teams, stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the project, requiring coordination across multiple work units.
- Manage project resources and schedules to achieve scope, cost, and quality goals.
- Identify required resources and assign responsibilities, negotiating with other departments as necessary.
- Maintain consistent communication with project sponsors, program managers, change managers, and stakeholders to provide updates and define next steps.
- Deliver project updates to large groups, including senior management.
- Work with other BPSI project managers and the program manager to assess the EAM project's impact on other initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience :
Project Management Expertise :
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Communication and Leadership :
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal and Organizational Skills :
Expertise in building strong customer relationships and delivering stakeholder-focused solutions.
Change Management :
Experience leading teams through organizational change with a "people-first" approach.
Documentation and Reporting :
Proficient in developing project charters, implementation plans, resource plans, and status reports.
