Position Overview:
Develop and implement multiple medical education programs for all of Artivion’s product portfolio, with a particular focus on the aortic stent technology platform. Coordinate and manage the logistics and organization of multiple training workshops and symposia throughout the year.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage, support and attend surgeon training workshops that support Artivion product lines at institutions, wet lab facilities and Artivion headquarters.
- Develop, manage and support the implementation of all aortic stent technology product
- Manage the inventory and supplies for surgeon training
- Support North America and International surgeon training wet lab programs focused on Artivion product portfolio, with a focus on the aortic stent technology platform.
- Research various training platforms for surgeon adoption of Artivion
- Support Medical Education training programs and symposia on various product lines, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; advanced training in a medical specialty (nursing, physician assistant, etc.) preferred
- Marketing Experience (5 years); preferably in medical devices
- Experience in surgical procedures, instruments and OR etiquette
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicating and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good leadership skills
