Job Title : SAP Test Lead Automation & Quality Assurance
Job Type : W2
Experience : 8-15 Years
Location : Lisle, Illinois
Key Responsibilities :
- 5-8 years of Experience in software testing and leading testing engagements.
- Proficient in all levels of test phases with profound SAP ECC knowledge to successfully support delivery Quality implementation across all test phases.
- Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product by implementing Testing standards and processes.
- The ideal candidate should have experience of a range of test phases, including functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation.
- Previous work experience in Manufacturing environment is strongly desired.
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and monitoring CI / CD pipeline tools.
- Experience in Tricentis TOSCA and Qtest is mandatory.
- Experience with Neo Load is desirable
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams.
- Experience working in a globally dispersed team and multiple vendors is necessary.
- Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills.
