Job Title : Senior Cybersecurity Compliance & Risk Program Manager

Responsibilities
- 1520 years of experience in cybersecurity governance risk management and compliance.
- Provide leadership and coordination for Boeings application compliance program.
- Oversee risk assessments disaster recovery (DR) planning / testing privacy compliance regulatory audits and SLA / SLO management.
- Act as the primary liaison with Boeing stakeholders ensuring timely delivery effective escalation management and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity compliance strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap assessments and risk analysis to enhance the organizations security posture.
- Ensure compliance with NIST SOX DFARS CSSM IPSM and other relevant frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of best practices and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support regulatory compliance audits.
- Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity governance risk and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
- Lead incident response planning and testing to ensure organizational readiness.
