Job Type : W2
Experience : 7 to 25 years
Location : Branchville, New Jersey
Responsibilities :
- 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, 5 years working with data / reporting
- Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills.
- Experience in an Agile environment and knowledge of Agile methodology & frameworks
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with audiences spanning from peers to executives.
- Excellent written communication skills; ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas through documentation.
- Experience with Excel, and PowerPoint
- Formal business analysis skills on project work are preferred.
- Must demonstrate the ability to analyze problems, probe facts, analyze issues and present alternative solutions.
- Insurance Industry experience preferred.
