Job Description
FITS Consulting is looking for Business Analysts with brokerage / investment industry background and experience supporting Tax Operations and Reporting systems that includes Cost Basis calculations.
Responsibilities
- Work with Cost Basis and Tax Reporting business teams to ensure systems implemented or modified meet departmental requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to determine current / future state and process flows.
- Define and document business requirements (BRD).
- Establish and maintain communication with client business and technical groups regarding progress of conversion / implementation.
- Work with Project Office groups monitoring and reporting milestone and planned activities.
- Participate Mock and Parallel conversion testing activities.
- Ensure the testing and training process are running smoothly.
