Required Skills and Experience :
5 years of experience working with Zuora Billing as a SME, Consultant, or Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of Zuora product catalog, pricing models, subscription lifecycles, and invoicing processes.
Experience with Zuora APIs, workflows, data models, and reporting.
Hands-on experience in conducting impact analysis, solution design, and process optimization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Should have good Knowledge of US telecom regulatory and telco processes.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Impact Analysis & Requirements Gathering :
Assess the impact of proposed changes and enhancements to the Zuora billing system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide recommendations.
Identify dependencies and risks associated with modifications.
