Responsibilities
- Experience in Actimize IFM Implementation Fresh Installation/Upgrade, configuration and setup of Actimize AIS, Actone software and IFM product on a Unix platform.
- Support Actimize code deployments across test and production regions.
- Prior experience in handling Actimize platform functional and performance issues.
- Sound knowledge of Actimize IFM fundamentals. Act as an SME for Actimize-related queries within the bank.
- Sound knowledge of Oracle database concepts and experience in writing SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Experience in analyzing and fine-tuning database SQLs.
- Willingness to learn new technologies as per the evolving Actimize roadmap.
- Master the existing Actimize application setup in a short period of time and actively participate in production incident triages and support issue resolution.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
