Location: Jacksonville, Irving or NYC/NJ ) - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Actimize IFM Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, upgrading, and configuring Actimize IFM, AIS, and ActOne software on Unix platforms. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Actimize fundamentals, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and the ability to manage functional and performance issues. As an SME, you will support Actimize code deployments, troubleshoot platform issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fresh installations, upgrades, and configurations of Actimize IFM, AIS, and ActOne on Unix platforms.
Manage Actimize code deployments across test and production environments.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and performance issues within the Actimize platform.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Actimize-related queries and provide technical support to internal teams.
Write, analyze, and fine-tune SQL and PL/SQL queries within Oracle databases.
Participate in production incident triages and support issue resolution.
Stay updated with Actimize roadmap changes and quickly adapt to new technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and stability of Actimize applications.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Actimize IFM Implementation: Hands-on experience with fresh installations, upgrades, and configurations.
Actimize Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Actimize IFM, AIS, and ActOne, including handling functional and performance issues.
Unix Environment: Experience in working on Unix platforms for Actimize setup and management.
Oracle Database: Proficiency in Oracle database concepts with strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
Performance Tuning: Experience in analyzing and fine-tuning database SQL queries.
Problem-Solving: Ability to manage and resolve complex production incidents and platform issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving Actimize solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
Familiarity with Actimize compliance, AML, or fraud modules.
Knowledge of scripting languages for automation on Unix platforms.
Experience with production support and incident management tools.
