Location : Plano, Texas
Key Responsibilities
- 7 years in product definition, features definition, EPICs, and user story creation in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in Python and PL/SQL for data engineering.
- Experience with Agile Development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and backlog grooming.
- Trained in Safe Agile practices (preferred).
- Experience with tools like IBM Rational, JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with AT&T products and services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure alignment with the team and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile training.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a product development setting.
- Define product features, EPICs, and user stories, including testable acceptance criteria.
- Decompose features into user stories with reporting acceptance criteria when applicable.
- Ensure the product vision is understood and communicated across the scrum team, focusing on customer experience.
- Maintain a groomed backlog of 2 sprints ahead, ensuring proper pacing of the grooming process.
- Attend daily scrum meetings, and demos, and accept stories that meet the Definition of Done.
- Monitor agile metrics (POCR, progression, conversion) and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate the prioritization of dependencies with other product managers and commit to resolving any issues impacting the team.
- Provide input on release management, especially regarding defect criticality and related deployment decisions.
- Review and monitor team KPIs, agile metrics, and team progress to drive improvements in team performance and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
