- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in relevant fields such as data science, semiconductor, manufacturing, or metrology.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with executives.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Quick learning and adaptability to new areas.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Translate business problems into ML/AI requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and understanding their needs.
- Conduct project scoping to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Planning and project execution using agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of Data Science, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
