Job Title : Power BI Developer / PowerON Specialist

Job Type : C2C / W2

Experience : 4 - 7 Years

Location : Houston, Texas (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• 4-7 years of experience in Power BI development and Power ON integration.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
• Experience in Power ON for dynamic reporting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, writing queries, and optimizing data models.
• Experience working with Azure services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business intelligence needs.
• Work with Power ON to enhance reporting capabilities, automation, and interactivity in Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Develop DAX queries and measures to create insightful business metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Implement data governance, security models, and access controls in Power BI.
• Work with Azure, SQL Server, and other data sources for seamless integration with Power BI.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
