Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive product design discussions focusing on end-user experience.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
- Analyze competing priorities across business units and geography.
- Conduct customer, partner, and developer interviews to identify needs.
- Apply research findings to product development and strategy.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Snowflake and other modern databases.
- Integrate databases with front-end technology stacks.
- Understand the technical architecture of data pipelines, warehousing, and management systems.
- Partner with employee engagement, engineering, and devOps teams to address data engineers' needs.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Present product strategies and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
- Negotiate and articulate product features and benefits.
- 5 years of relevant experience in technical product management, preferably in large-scale, hypergrowth enterprises.
- Significant experience with Snowflake or similar modern databases.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Deep understanding of data pipelines, data warehousing, and data management systems.
- Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into product features.
- Excellent presentation, articulation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
