Inside Sales Representative (Cabinet Wholesale)Job Description
- Build strategic partnerships with cabinetry manufacturers through consultative selling.
- Conduct data-driven business reviews (on-site/virtual) to drive client growth.
- Manage national accounts with up to 75% travel across the U.S.
- The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day sales activities towards cabinetry manufacturers
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (plus commission)
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field).
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (experience in cabinets, building materials, or home improvement industries is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with a variety of customers.
- Proficiency in Excel, and other office software.
- Goal-oriented and able to perform efficiently under pressure, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp cabinet product knowledge and market trends.
- Familiarity with wholesale business processes and B2B customer service.
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
- Existing industry contacts or customer base is an advantage.
