Job Description : Software Engineer, Cloud This position is Hybrid. 2 days in the San Jose office and 3 days remote. This position is not DevOps - We are looking for a developer who designs and implements software applications that are deployed in the Cloud. Job Description : Aruba business unit is a leading provider of next-generation network access solutions.  We are looking for a motivated, talented software engineer for the Network Access Control team to help design, develop and deliver the next generation solutions.  The team is responsible for developing highly scalable cloud-based software applications for the NAC solution.   Required Skills :

• Strong in Go or Rust programming languages (3 years), with the ability to write clean, scalable code.
• Strong knowledge of AAA (Radius), Systems programming, Linux, Networking
• 4 years’ experience in designing and developing highly scalable and distributed software applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Demonstrated abilities to write Design specifications, participate in Design and Code Reviews
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Working knowledge of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL, in cloud environments
• Working knowledge of large event stream platforms (Kafka or similar message bus architecture)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to guide team decision-making, manage projects, and mentor peers.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.   Qualifications :
• Expected industry experience 4 years
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.   Additional skills :
