What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead IT Software Engineer position at Cloud Software Group?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing system implementation in Oracle CPQ / CX, making significant process optimizations for business productivity.
- Design the architecture of Oracle Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions and integrating them with the broader CX platform and other enterprise applications.
- Responsible for driving resolution to complex issues drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.
- Manages projects, with the responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.
- Provide Tier II / III application support, coordinating with teams to ensure delivery of enhancements and new features.
- Ensures applications are created using software development best practices and security best practices.
- Participates in, solicits feedback, provides proactive communication with internal and external customers.
- Influences parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
- Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and managing consistent implementation of CPQ tools and technologies.
