What are the responsibilities and job description for the AdminCust Service position at Arundel Lodge?
Arundel Lodge, Inc. is a behavioral health agency in Edgewater, MD that improves the lives of children, adults, and families impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. The Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center (BHUCC) is located on the campus of Luminis Health at Anne Arundel Medical Center, serves those in need of short-term urgent are to manage a mental health or substance use disorder. We are excited to announce the state funded Rapid Access for Youth Team, operating within the Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center. The RAY Team focuses on bridging local students experiencing behavioral health needs and their families with appropriate behavioral health care services.
Part time Position hours: 5pm-9pm
The primary responsibilities for the Customer Service position at the BHUCC are:
- Greet guests/patients Process referrals for OMHC services
- Collect personal information for new patients and input data into Credible Scheduling (in person at desk and via telephone) Collect co-pays for services
- Answer phones, check voicemails on clinic line
- Assume other administrative duties as needed
- Assist OMHC staff with tracking clients/caseloads
Qualifications; Previous work experience in a medical office with medical records. Previous education or experience with mental health a plus! Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
