Responsibilities :
- Manage projects : Oversee complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and scope requirements.
- Plan and budget : Establish goals, baselines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage resources : Coordinate project personnel work assignments to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Manage risks : Perform risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Monitor progress : Review and monitor status reports, and modify plans or schedules as needed.
- Communicate : Communicate and follow up with project stakeholders.
- Build relationships : Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key contacts.
- Manage change : Be a change agent, identifying and managing the impact of change on the organization.
- Coach and mentor : Coach and mentor project managers.
- Analyze problems : Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, contracts, and regulations.
- Other duties as requested and / or assigned.
