Las Vegas Responsibilities : Processing of sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.Manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries or issues related to sales orders.Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience.Provide sales reports upon request of Manager to track performance and identify trends.Assist in the creation and management of sales contracts and agreements.Ensure that all contracts adhere to legal and company standards.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business operations.Data Entry upon request of ManagerOther duties as requested and / or assigned.
