DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
Our dental practice is open Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, with morning team huddles at 7:45 AM!
As our Bilingual Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice that patients first encounter, managing phone calls with warmth and helpfulness and answering questions about our office and procedures. You'll also have the important task of scheduling patient appointments, making reminder calls, collecting payments, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete. Your role will involve building positive relationships with patients, assisting with their needs, and supporting them throughout their visit. Additionally, you'll help keep our office tidy and assist with the referral process, providing valuable support to our patients from reception to checkout!

- Bilingual in both Spanish and English, verbal and written fluency
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong attention to detail
- A friendly, upbeat personality
Having 2 years of dentistry, pharmacy technician, or customer service experience is highly preferred! Formal phone training and proficiency in collecting payments are a plus.
