Client Services Intern

Client Services Intern will assist with analyzing the requirements of liquid cooling racks for storage purposes, including time analysis for cycle counting, time analysis for checking racks for leakages, with the purpose of calculating VAS hours and headcount requirements for this task. Also working with the Transport team, the position will work on the shipping requirements of Liquid Cool racks and any associated costs. Finally, the Intern will be obtain experience working with our service delivery team on the scheduling of deliveries of liquid cool racks to multiple data centers across the US.

Your Tasks

• Improve the efficiency of monitoring and tracking shipments of liquid cool racks, working with warehouse staff on management of liquid cool racks.
• Improve the efficiency in the management and movement of racks within a warehouse environment, including temperature and humidity monitoring, systematic movements.
• Understand the costs associated with the storage of the racks.
• Identify ways to reduce costs.
• Review data for transportation cost and efficiencies.
• Travel: Amongst the Louisville locations or as business needs dictates
  
  

Your Profile

• Working on college degree in Data Center Services, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar field
• Must be a Junior or a Senior in your program
• Excel skills – pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.
• Communicate effectively in English written and spoken
• Self-starter with great organizational
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office
• Power BI, preferred.
• SAP or WMS skills, preferred.
• Project Management, a plus.
• Ability to commute to: Shepherdsville and Louisville, KY
