Hours are typically Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.

Job Title: Marketing Compliance Senior Analyst
Under limited direction, the Marketing Compliance Senior Analyst identifies and corrects discrepancies with day-to-day marketing functions. The incumbent must know all applicable regulatory requirements and independently recognize, develop and implement compliance-related solutions. As a compliance subject matter expert (SME), the incumbent ensures the timely identification, mitigation, resolution and reporting of existing, emerging and upstream regulatory risks and issues.

What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Provide expert regulatory guidance and analysis on compliance-related mandates and initiatives to ensure a cohesive, coordinated approach that ensures Marketing takes appropriate steps to achieve full compliance.
- Analyze and collaborate in resolving potential issues by coordinating and reviewing management responses to second-line reviews and remediation plans and achieving full compliance with applicable rules or regulations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of identified compliance mandates/changes/concerns and lead or provide direction with the implementation of resolutions.
- Identify and escalate current and potential compliance and operational issues to the Marketing Compliance Manager and/or Marketing management.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational and procedural improvements to support overall compliance.
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Build trust and foster sound relationships both internally and externally. May involve motivating or influencing others.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations; and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a financially regulated environment or relevant military experience
- 5 years of experience working with compliance functions in a financially regulated environment and/or with regulatory agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Reserve, and State agencies.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple and shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiating and conflict resolution, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates
Preferred Toolbox for Success:
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation or willingness to obtain.
- Recent banking experience.
