Job Summary:
Arxada is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee all manufacturing management activities at our Mapleton, IL location. This role is responsible for providing leadership to a self-managed team environment, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and achieving production results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a self-managed team environment to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA 1910.119 and The Vision is Zero initiative.
- Manage production budgets, costs, and quality to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals, including EHS, production volumes, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement plans to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
- 5-10 years of supervisory experience.
