They will oversee the scale-up and transfer of new products and processes to internal or external manufacturing assets, ensuring adherence to industry-leading methodologies and standards in chemistry and chemical engineering.
This role requires a proven track record in project scoping, execution, and management within a chemical or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be able to lead teams in safety, chemical engineering technology, and collaboration while promoting Arxada's core values.
