Key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Process Development & Scale-Up
- Develop and implement chemical process development, scale-up, and technology transfer strategies for Arxada products.
- Apply expertise in process engineering, chemical engineering, and regulatory compliance to drive business growth and innovation.
Mentorship & Best Practices
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
- Provide regular project updates, technology reviews, and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Required); Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field (Preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer (Required); 15-20 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or related fields (Preferred).
- Proven track record in project scoping, execution, and management within a chemical or manufacturing environment.
