The Plant Administrator is responsible to oversee the administrative tasks for the manufacturing site, helping the team operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative duties for Site Leadership (data entry, filing, editing procedures/documents, generating reports, meeting minutes, presentations, updating bulletin boards, updating electronic displays, coordinating employee rewards, etc.)
- Maintains annual administrative blanket purchase orders and enters purchase requisitions for various needs.
- Maintains the site training matrix. Tracks and files training records for the site.
- Supports site managers with payroll/Site Timekeeper.
- Support employees need help with HR support items. (AskHR, PayRoll, Benefits inquiries as needed). Provide administrative support to EH&S and Facility items. Oversee compliance calendar and inspection check list to raise concerns as needed. Manage employee suggestion box process.
- Coordinates interview scheduling for site vacancies
- Supports HRBP with New Hire Onboarding and employee relations
- Organize events, meetings, trainings, and celebrations (on and off site), and coordinate meals for various events and shifts.
- Maintains the plant mailboxes, on/offsite file storage locations, and external mail service as needed.
- Supports the HR Business Partner in maintaining onsite personnel files
- Other duties as assigned
