We are looking for an outgoing, personable, and dependable part time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should be comfortable using an Apple IMAC computer, and IPAD. Candidate should be fluent in English (speaking and typing), and comfortable in Korean (speaking and typing (preferred)). Candidate should be comfortable with posting on social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google) on behalf of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, Register clients, Take client photos, and direct them to the appropriate room.
  • Assist Clients in Registering for Rewards (Bellafill, Evolus-Jeuveau, Alle-Juvederm/Botox)
  • Answer incoming calls and provide basic information to callers.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
  • Wear hospital scrubs.
  • Use electronic medical records to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
  • Process incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and messages.
  • Take payments for services and products.
  • Maintain social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google).
  • Re-stock beverages, snacks in lobby

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in working for medical aesthetics.
  • Values commitment, and reliability, demonstrating consistent punctuality and excellent attendance records.
  • Happy to converse and assist customers.
  • Must have graduated from High School
  • Social Media presence and knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google)

Job-Type: Part-Time / Full-time

  • $18 during training period of 1-3 months (determined by manager)
  • $20-$22 after training period with annual raises.

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week (8 hour shift)

Working Hours:

  • Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays: 8:45AM - 5:45PM. 1 Hour lunch. Two 10-minute rest breaks.
  • Total of 16-40 hours per week (depending on part time or full time)

Education:

  • Minimum High School Graduate

Language:

  • Fluent in English (Speaking, Typing)
  • Basic Conversation in Korean (Speaking, Typing(preferred))

Salary : $18 - $22
