We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Butler and Sales Gallery Assistant to join our team in West Palm Beach. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a butler and a sales gallery assistant, providing personalized and high-quality attention both at home and in the sales gallery.
Responsibilities:
- Personalized Attention and Reception: Greet visitors and clients, offering a welcoming and professional experience.
- Event Planning and Sales Presentations: Plan and coordinate events and presentations are running well.
- Gallery Management: Supervise domestic staff and keep the sales gallery well-organized and stocked.
- Administrative Support and Inventory Management: Assist with administrative tasks, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.
- Safety and Well-being: Oversee the safety and well-being of guests, and clients.
