Nursery Worker
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with Christmas tree seedling harvesting and packaging at our nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Picking up seedlings on the ground in the nursery.
- Loading seedlings onto trailers for transportation via tractors to the processing building.
No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop new skills and contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Starting wage: $18 per hour.
- Returning employees: $21 per hour.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday).
- Weekends may be required as needed.
