Sales & Customer Service Representative

This position will be responsible for all areas of customer service and sales administration for our depository customers. Additionally, this position will be responsible for some sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to be organized and multi-task with attention to detail while utilizing excellent communication skills to provide a high level of service.

· Ensure smooth and timely storage administration process flow.

· Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our warehouse management system.

· Email inventory reports and statements to customers.

· Ensure accurate and timely client billing.

· Respond to all customer communications in a timely manner and professionally.

· Resolve customer issues and complaints.

· Set up new customers.

· Completing sales quotes for customers.

· Interact and work with other Asahi Group sales departments.

· Contact potential customers via phone and email as well as visiting and meeting customers.

· 3 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, and order fulfilment, or

· 3 years’ customer service or account management.

· Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

· Precious Metals experience a plus.

· Exceptional problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

· Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work people in various departments and levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
